In this position, you will be at the forefront of providing hands-on technical support and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include offering face-to-face IT support to users, installing and troubleshooting hardware, diagnosing issues with personal devices like PCs and printers, and testing system changes in Windows 10 and Office 365 environments. Additionally, you will manage small projects related to hardware or software installations and ensure software updates are applied using tools like MS SCCM. Your proactive approach, technical expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of IT services and contributing to the success of our organization.
